Ryan Dwyer, Nick Dwyer and Mike Schnupp know and love the

restaurant industry. They have a combined experience of over

40 years in the business. Nick and Ryan grew up in a family

owned restaurant and began working in the industry in their

mid teens. Mike has worked exclusively within restaurants and

country clubs since he was 14 years old.

 

Nick manages the Front of the House-dining room operation and

oversees the excellent service team. He brings over 10 years of dining

room expertise to the Tavern. Ryan manages the bar operation and brings

over 8 years experience as one of the area’s finest mixologists and bar managers.

Mike is Chef/Manager of the kitchen. He is a 1991 Culinary Institute of America

graduate, with a recognized passion for the culinary arts.

We have over twenty team members on staff! Each person was selected because of their belief in and commitment

to the profession of service and the industry of hospitality.
